Making eLearning More Exciting

Do you have a clear speaking voice and want to develop the skill of narration and voice overs? We are on the lookout for Youth Members to narrate upcoming material such as digital training, promotional videos and e-Learning.

The Scouts Australia Youth Voice Team will be a small group of keen young people who would like to be coached, gain experience and real production credits for their CV.

How to Audition

Register your interest (see below) and we will send you a short script to narrate and record. It can be as simple as using the voice recorder on your phone, or you can download and use some recording software on your computer.

What’s Involved?

If your audition sounds promising it will be time for you to do some real recording. You can do your recordings from home (we’ll give you tips on when and where to do it) and we’ll work with you and coach you to be the best you can be.

Why Should I Do It?

Being a part of the Team will develop your public speaking skills enormously. In addition to building confidence, you will have the opportunity to offer a lasting contribution to Scouting in Australia.
