Got an incredible photo that reflects Diversity & inclusions in Scouting? Submit it in the APR Photo Competition for your chance to win!
The Asia-Pacific Region of World Scouting have announced that the 19th APR Scout Photo Contest 2020 is now open with “Diversity & Inclusion in Scouting” as the theme.
Scouts and leaders across the Asia-Pacific Region are invited to enter the contest by sending photos of Scouts in action to give life to the work Scouts are doing across the world on projects that further the diversity and inclusivity of Scouting.
Submission
All entries must be endorsed by Scouts Australia and will be judged by a panel of high profile international photographers.
Entries must be 300ppi and received as a .jpeg file attached to an email (not embedded in the email), or an online cloud storage link (Google or Dropbox), to enews@scouts.com.au containing the following information:
- entrant’s full name
- age
- gender
- Section of Scouting and Branch
- address
- phone number, and
- email address
You are welcome to submit as many entries as you like, but they must be submitted on separate emails.
At the end of the competition, six winners will be announced: One Gold, two Silvers, and three Bronzes. Awards will be presented at a major regional event and the winning entries will be featured in national and regional publications.
Deadline for submission to Scouts Australia for endorsement is Wednesday the 18th March 2020.
Entries are not returned and the right to use the photos for publication and exhibition belongs to the World Scout Bureau Asia-Pacific Support Centre and Scouts Australia.
