Scouts Australia has one year left until the end of its 2021-2023 Strategic Plan. Over the course of 2023 we need to develop our next strategic plan, and we are looking for an individual to lead this exciting work.
The Strategic Plan sets out our high-level priorities and the specific actions we will take to achieve them. It is the cornerstone of our resource allocation and decision-making. It is the first item on every agenda for our national board, the National Executive Committee (NEC).

This role requires vision, creativity, and above all: a pragmatic outcomes-focused approach. This would suit someone who has previously led a strategic planning process, led an organisation through a change program, or who has worked with large organisations on planning and implementation.
Experience as a senior leader in scouting is not required, but it is essential that you have both:
