Contingent Leader to the 81st New Zealand Rover Scout Moot 2024
Applications for the Australian Contingent Leader to the next New Zealand Moot are now open.
Scouts Australia is looking for a passionate and dedicated Rover Scout to take on the unique role of Contingent Leader to the 81st New Zealand Rover Moot in 2024.
The role of Contingent Leader is a challenging but rewarding one. You will be responsible for a contingent of youth members and adult Leaders, as well as for the organisation of their travel itinerary and safety. With the International Commissioner of Australia, you will also be the contact between the Event Organising Committee and Scouts Australia.
The NZ National Moot is the Rover Scout sections premier event, held annually over the Easter long weekend. The programme is organised around service, social and self-development, so you can expect moot to be an action-packed, fun-filled adventure. The 2024 NZ National Moot, Ye ‘Olde Moot will be held in Rotorua.
