International Team Conference
On 23-24 September, Scouts Australia’s International Commissioner and his Team met at Bundilla Scout Activity Centre in Sydney, for their annual Team Conference.
Key items discussed by Aaron Wardle and his Team included:
- Past and Present challenges for International Scouting,
- Branch International Commissioners, National Coordinators and Contingent Leaders reporting,
- 41st World Scout Conference,
- Preferred Contingent Travel Provider,
- Celebrating Aboriginal Culture at International events,
- WOSM Triennial Plan 2017-2020 Draft Objectives,
- Future Directions and Priorities for International Scouting.
National General Manager, Cathy Morcom, also joined the conference to speak with the group about overseas contingents budget management and online registrations.
