Many existing adult members who have been in leadership roles for many years and have completed a range of training are able to complete the CHC44015 Certificate IV in Coordination of Volunteer Programs. This qualification is ideal for people who are responsible for the coordination of other volunteers within Scouts Australia. Through a recognition of prior learning assessment Group Leaders and Commissioners who coordinate and provide ongoing management and support to other volunteers may gain a Certificate IV in Coordination of Volunteer Programs.
