National Coordinator Pen Pals Vacancy
The Australian International Team is currently recruiting someone with the passion and vision to revolutionise online communication between youth members across the globe.
The Pen-Pals program began in 1978 and has evolved from written letters to the current use of emails and interactive video chat.
Recent months have demonstrated how important global communication is for our youth members. Equally, the safety of our members remains paramount, and ensuring that partnerships are formed with genuine youth members from other National Scout Organisations is an important precaution.
Applications are now open for an adult member with the enthusiasm and technology skills to coordinate with our partner countries and develop a new fully modernised program for our youth members to continue their International Scouting in the virtual world.
Applications close at 5 pm (AEST) on Sunday 16 August 2020 with an appointment shortly thereafter.
