EOI: Event Management Team
Expressions of Interest are now being accepted for the Event Management Team
With the approval of our Chief Scout and Governor-General for Scouts to hold a camp on the grounds of Government House in Canberra we now need to assemble a team to oversee and lead this unique event.
The timeframes are tight and the profile will be high. We are seeking motivated and experienced people to help us achieve something that has not been done in the lifetime of anyone currently in Scouts. This event will be held in Canberra, Sunday 24 September 2023.
Position descriptions are not currently defined, these will be developed based on the people interested and any subsequent identified skills gaps. We will need the full suite of skills, including; event leaders, activity managers, logistics, catering, entertainment, medical, media engagement, VIP liaison, security, risk management and more.
Send us an expression of interest summarising what skills and experience you can bring to the Event Management Team, along with the type of role you think you could fulfill, and we will proceed from there.
