Applications are now open for the positions on the Contingent Team for the 16th World Scout Moot in Portugal in 2025!

Being a member of a Contingent Team is a challenging and rewarding one. Each role exists to support the Contingent Leader and Deputy Contingent Leader with the management of the Australian Contingent. Together you will be responsible for a Contingent of Scouting Members, as well as for the organisation of their travel itinerary and safety.

The Contingent Team will work closely together to ensure the successful delivery of all aspects of the international event. We are seeking members interested in taking on responsibilities for Admin and Finance, Health and Wellbeing, International Service Team, Marketing, and Optional Tours.

You form part of the Contingent Management Team to manage the Contingent and to help tackle real business problems, as well as gaining exposure to the other parts of the World Scouting Movement. But most importantly, you will help us create the event of a lifetime for hundreds of Rover Scouts.

• Claims detailing why you would be the best person to deliver on the key selection criteria of the role
