Landcare Week 2024

Scouts, we have been putting nature first by protecting the environment that we enjoy while camping, hiking, playing, and learning in the great outdoors. We are leaders in sustainability and climate action, committed to protecting, preserving and restoring our planet by continuing working towards SDG 15 (Life on Land). We’re all about creating a better and greener world.

This Landcare Week, we would like to acknowledge all our members who have been actively restore, enhance and protect our environment in our community. Thank you for your work and support in spreading these important message to people around you and to our next generation.

Young people are now bringing their own energy, passion and inspiration to landcare, and working alongside their communities (or even starting new ones), to make a difference to the planet in their own unique way.

Landcare in Focus is a biannual online magazine that features case studies and science-based articles focused on innovation in agricultural land management, excellence in sustainable farming, revegetation and habitat restoration, protection of waterways, community participation in landcare projects including conservation and sustainable land management.
