Scouts Australia is working to make delivering the program easier and more impactful. Our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan equips us to give our people the tools, clarity and confidence to deliver life-changing, adventurous and safe experiences for young people.
We’re seeking expressions of interest from Venturer Scouts, Rover Scouts and adult volunteers who are enthusiastic about the program and can help enhance its design and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team working together to shape a program that young people love leading.
We’re forming working groups to deliver each of the below strategic priorities over the next 2.5 years. If you have skills, experience or an interest in any of these areas, we encourage you to apply.
The continuous improvement of our program offering ensures that Scouts can better contribute to the education of young people in achieving their full potential. The implementation of these priorities will involve reviewing what currently exists and working to improve the supports, systems, policies and resources that underpin each area.
