The Program Support Officer roles provide support to each of the National portfolios. Scouts Australia is seeking to recruit a Program Support Officer for the Youth Program portfolio to provide additional support to the National Commissioner Youth Program and their team.

The primary function of the Program Support Officers is to provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Commissioners. They will be assigned to support a specific National Commissioner and will prioritise support to the National Commissioner’s specific delivery program. From time-to-time, they may be required to assist other National Commissioners to cover short term absences within the Program Delivery Support team.

Program Support Officer – Youth Program

This vacancy is to support the Youth Program portfolio, and is focussed on the refinement and delivery of support resources. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support the development and delivery of program resources. This role involves authoring and editing content for a resource library, maintaining and expanding a program library and associated tools, and ensuring digital resources align with future platform requirements. Key responsibilities may include documentation review, graphical resource support, triaging and responding to support tickets, and coordinating logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, digital literacy, and a collaborative mindset.
