Scouts Australia is currently recruiting a new cohort of Contingent Leaders to lead future overseas events! Applications are now open for the position of Australian Contingent Leader to the following events:

Application Process
All applications must be submitted by completing the following online form: https://forms.office.com/r/4hnTS0SLQZ
You will need to submit the following items during the application process:
- Details of previous related experience including leadership positions and major Scouting events
- Claims detailing why you would be the best person to deliver on the key selection criteria of the role
- Summary question as an opportunity to include any other information about yourself and why you should be appointed to the role
- Contact details for two (2) referees, of whom at least one must be your current supervisor in Scouting
- Branch Chief Commissioner endorsement form
Selection Process
After applications close, the Selection Panel will convene to review the applications and shortlist applicants for interview. Individuals who have been shortlisted for interview will be contacted to confirm your availability for the interview. All interviews will be conducted online. Contingent Leader applications are now open and will be close 11:59pm AEST, Monday 13 July 2026.
