A Message from the Lord Baden-Powell Society
You would have heard the news by now that AJ2022 has unfortunately been cancelled. We support the decision made considering the uncertain times that we, and the rest of world, are experiencing right now.
The Lord Baden-Powell Society’s commitment however is to continue to fundraise for the next upcoming events such as the 25th World Scout Jamboree, which is still scheduled to take place in 2023, as well as the next Australian Venture in 2024.
Our intended goal still stands at $150K by the end of 2021 and we hope that with your support, we will be able to achieve this.
The money that the Lord Baden-Powell Society helps to raise is so beneficial to all those youth members whose families are struggling and are in financial difficulties. With our help and our Members’ help, we ensure that no Scout misses out on experiencing the adventure of a lifetime, the next Australian Jamboree along with other major scouting events.

We would also love to see more new Members join us. From as little as $195 per year, you can make a big difference in a young Scout’s life.
