CONTINGENT ARRIVAL DAY
28 December 2022

All Contingent members depart their nearest capital city airport and arrive at Christchurch. Overnight at local Scout Camp.

VENTURE OPENING CEREMONY
29 December 2022

All Venture participants will meet in Christchurch for the Opening Ceremony and then head off with your expedition group to your very own adventure.

PHASE ONE
29 December 2022 – 3 January 2023

Complete the expedition of your choice. Visit the Expedition page for more information on the available options.

PHASE TWO
3-7 January 2023

Travel to the Venture Site in Mayfield for an extensive range of on-site activities, off-site adventures, and evening events.

TRAVEL DAY
8 January 2023

Venture Lite and Venture Help members will return to Christchurch Airport for return flights to Australia.

Venture Plus and Venture Lead members will travel to Queenstown for the optional Post Tour.

OPTIONAL POST TOUR
8-12 January 2023

Enjoy all the sights and attractions to be had in the adventure capital of the world!
