The Lord Baden-Powell Society

For over 40 Years of the Lord Baden-Powell Society has been supporting Australian Scouts in need through your Financial Support.

With many new Scouting events and activities planned for 2026 and 2027, the Lord Baden-Powell Society (LBPS) has played an integral role in supporting Australian Scouts have access to the invaluable experiences and joys that Scouting can bring.

The regular, generous donations from LBPS Donors, help support funding to various major events such as the Australian Jamboree, World Scout Jamboree and many more, enabling young Scouts to develop leadership skills, resilience and a sense of community, while embracing adventure and camaraderie.

More than ever before, we have experienced a high level of appeals for funding requests in 2024, which continued through to 2025, directly from families seeking support. This, combined with an ageing donor database, we are again appealing to you to join as a regular financial donor of the Lord Baden-Powell Society.

How can you help?

Become a LBPS Donor and from as little as $195 per year, with the option of two further middle levels, or up to Patron level ($1200p.a.), we need you more than ever, so please do consider donating regularly and contact Rita on (02) 8440 5908 or fill in the form online and email it back to us at lbps@scouts.com.au.

We look forward being able to continue our work in helping more Scouts receive the opportunity to attend future Jamborees and other major scouting events, where they can create unforgettable experiences of their own.
