Price, Payment and Withdrawal Policy
Cost
The Jamboree cost (excluding any Optional Post Tour) is as follows:

| Independent Travel (IST ONLY): | $2,520 |
| Optional Post-Tour | $845 |
Includes:
- The World Scout Jamboree Fee
- Pre-Jamboree Camp (unless IST)
- All activities, excluding the Optional Post Tour
- Your return flights to and from Australian nominated departure points (unless Independent traveller)
- All internal airfares, transfers and bus tours inside South Korea (for independent travellers only from nominated pickup/departure point)
- All meals and accommodation from the time you leave home until the time you get back, excluding the Optional Post (Independent travellers from joining to departing the Contingent)
- Contingent Kit (Backpack, Travel Bag, Shirts, Badges, Australian International Scarf etc)
- Travel Insurance
- Contingent Fees
Doesn’t Include:
- Spending money (including extra snacks and drinks)
- Passport
- Visa Costs (if required)

*The final payment is subject to change. The amount will not be increased, but if the Contingent can make savings on the budgeted figure, this is where it will be passed on to the Contingent Member.
Note:
- All adults will be treated as Line Leaders until the Line Leaders are appointed.
- All IST Members will have their 6th payment reduced by $770.00 as per the IST column above.
- Independent Travel will only be available to IST and does not include the Optional Post Tour.

Withdrawal Policy
Members withdrawing from the Contingent must notify the Contingent Leader by emailing hello@wsj2023.scouts.com.au as soon as possible. As many expenses must be paid well before our departure, it is not possible to provide full refunds upon withdrawal. The following table highlights the amount of any refund payable.

Cancellation Policy
If the Contingent is cancelled by Scouts Australia or by Korea Scout Association, this decision will be promptly communicated to all registered Contingent members. The following table highlights the amount of any refund payable.
